I contacted Robert with True Clean to look at my hardwood floors in Raleigh North Carolina after 2 other companies informed me that I needed to replace my floors. I found Robert through google and viewed his website which is where I saw a lot of my own problems being described and so I decided to contact him. He was very friendly over the phone and explained everything to me in depth, we then arranged for an in home consultation so he could view our floors in person. Robert performed an aggressive screen and recoat to remove the scratches from our floors and he suggested a satin finish. OMG!! Robert just performed literal black magic on our 10-year-old hardwood floors. I’m pretty sure they had more scratches than a cat-scratch post, but now they look so good I feel guilty walking on them without wearing soft velvet slippers.

Robert and his sister did a fabulous job on our floor!!! We are in the process of selling our home and wanted refinishing the front door entrance, hallway, and dining room to be one less thing for new owners to have to worry about. I wish I would have taken "before" pictures but it slipped my mind. However, I do have "after" photos which is all that really matters. Robert and his crew gave me a most reasonable estimate and worked with me to coordinate a time when the painters and carpenters were finished. He filled cracks in my 100+ year old floors. Sanded stained and sealed all in one day. His work was exceptional and my I am thrilled with the outcome- he also shampooed my stair runner and it looks great. Robert responded quickly and thoroughly to help us make a decision about how to treat the hardwood floors of a home purchase. I had Robert refinish the 125 yr old floors in my apartment that had been covered up in laminate. The floors were quite badly marked with lots of paint splatters with old varnish, and had probably never had any work over the years to preserve them. They came up so well they looked like new! I was so pleased with them I had Robert do the other two apartments as well. Now they are good for many years to come. They look awesome. Robert was super friendly to work with and good with communication of my appointment dates and time. He was very reasonably priced and I am extremely happy with the work. Refinished our oak hardwood floors in livingroom, hall foyer and diningroom. Excellent job, floors came out beautifully! We had some dog scratches we were concerned about, especially in the foyer where an intricate medallion inlay of mixed hardwoods is, it came out beautifully! Thanks to True Clean for a job well done, I doubt any one else could have done the professional job that they did and for a lot less $ than most of our other quotes.

Robert did a wonderful job on my hardwood floors. I was told by another company that they needed to be fully sanded and the cost would have been over $8,000! Robert informed me that sanding was unnecessary and he was right! My floors look AMAZING and it was completed in one day!! Highly recommended!!!
